The work As a Kinaxis Solution Architect, you will translate client requirements into differentiated, scalable, and deliverable solutions using deep expertise in Kinaxis and its integration with SAP S/4HANA. You will collaborate closely with SAP S/4HANA functional and technical teams to define how Kinaxis interacts with the S/4 environment, including identifying required integration objects such as materials, bills of materials, routings, and other key supply chain elements. You will serve as a senior subject matter expert, leading and directing AFS Kinaxis resources, making architectural decisions within the Kinaxis scope, and contributing to cross‑team planning and delivery. A core component of the role involves analyzing clients’ existing Kinaxis implementations to identify pain points, recommending improvements, and designing solutions that span multiple teams and business processes. This role requires master-level expertise in Kinaxis and Kinaxis Supply Chain Planning, along with strong architecture and integration skills to drive complex design and implementation activities in alignment with client objectives and S/4 program strategies. Key responsibilities: Translate client requirements into innovative Kinaxis‑based solutions that seamlessly integrate with SAP S/4HANA Collaborate with SAP S/4HANA functional and technical teams to define integration points, data flows, and required objects (materials, BOMs, routings, etc.) Lead and manage AFS Kinaxis resources, providing architectural guidance and ensuring delivery quality within the Kinaxis workstream Own architectural decisions related to Kinaxis solution design, planning, and delivery Analyze existing Kinaxis configurations to identify issues, gaps, and improvement opportunities Provide solutions for cross‑team challenges and ensure alignment across functional areas Lead the creation of architecture, design, and implementation plans for complex Kinaxis changes, coordinated with S/4HANA program planning Ensure solution alignment with client requirements, supply chain objectives, and enterprise architecture standards Here’s what you need: 2+ years of experience with Kinaxis and Kinaxis Supply Chain Planning Expert proficiency in Solution Architecture, Solution Planning, Costing & Pricing, Kinaxis Demand Planning, and Kinaxis Integration Experience designing and implementing Kinaxis solutions integrated with SAP S/4HANA Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and collaborate across SAP, Kinaxis, and business stakeholder groups Experience analyzing pain points in Kinaxis implementations and designing creative, scalable solutions Eligibility Requirements: Must be available to travel up to 50% Must be eligible to obtain a Top Secret government clearance US citizenship required As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland . The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
