You Are : Associate Software Engineer – Hire-to-Train Program (Pega) The Work: Ready to launch your career as a Pega Developer? We’re looking for an enthusiastic IT professional eager to learn, grow, and build innovative Pega applications using AI that make a real impact. In this role, you’ll jumpstart your Pega journey through a hands-on Pega Bootcamp designed to elevate your skills quickly. Once trained, you’ll work on-site with our client in vibrant downtown DC 4–5 days a week (with the possibility of one remote day), partnering closely with business stakeholders to bring smart solutions to life & have the opportunity for solving government mission challenges. What You’ll Do: Build cool things – Design, develop, and implement Pega applications that solve big problems. Make it yours – Customize and configure Pega solutions to fit unique business needs. Connect the dots – Integrate Pega systems with other technologies for seamless workflows. Solve puzzles – Troubleshoot issues and keep applications running smoothly. Do great work – Follow coding standards and best practices to deliver high‑quality, reliable solutions. Here’s What you Need : Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science or Information Systems required Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving abilities, communication skills, and a desire to learn Must be onsite in DC 4 days a week Must hold Top Secret Clearance Eligibility : Must be a U.S. Citizen Clearance Requirement: Top Secret Clearance As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland . The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
