MAKE AN IMPACT Job Description: Responsibilities Direct Responsibilities Translate business requirements into clean, scalable technical designs. Develop high ‑ performance, secure applications using Java, Spring Boot, and a front ‑ end framework (Angular). Design, implement, and maintain RESTful APIs and third ‑ party integrations. Create interactive UI components with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks. Work with relational (Oracle, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis) databases; model data and optimise queries. Write unit and integration tests; ensure code meets quality standards. Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily stand ‑ ups, sprint planning, retrospectives). Continuously learn emerging technologies and share knowledge with the team. Contributing Responsibilities Automate builds, tests, and deployments via CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.). Contribute to database design and optimization, including GraphDB technologies (Neo4j, Memgraph). Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and mentor junior developers. Analyze defect trends and recommend test ‑ automation improvements (e.g., JUnit coverage). Technical & Behavioral Competencies Core Languages & Design: Expert in Java 8/11/17+, OOP, design patterns (SAGA, MVC, CQRS). Frameworks: Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring MVC, Hibernate, RESTful API development. Front ‑ End: Angular (or React/Vue), HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript. Databases: SQL (Oracle, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis, GraphDB). Tools & DevOps: Git, Maven/Gradle, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD (Jenkins/GitLab), Postman. Cloud & Messaging: Familiar with AWS/Azure/GCP, and messaging systems (Kafka, NATS, MQ). AI Enablement: Experience with AI ‑ driven code ‑ generation tools. Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem ‑ solving abilities; excellent communication; collaborative mindset; ability to work independently and mentor others; continuous learning orientation. Skills Referential (Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) Technical Skills Hands ‑ on experience with GraphDB (Neo4j, Memgraph). Proficient in Angular UI development. Behavioral Skills Effective problem solving in Agile teams. Ability to mentor junior staff and enforce quality standards. Strong communication and collaboration.
