WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - At least 3 years of experience building and maintaining production backend services. - Practical experience with Python and/or TypeScript/Node.js, and relational databases such as PostgreSQL, including data modeling and transactions. - Experience with background jobs, queues, or event-driven processing, including failure handling and data consistency. - Experience designing asynchronous workflows that account for retries, timeouts, external events, and interrupted execution. - Strong backend fundamentals and the ability to investigate production problems and design maintainable interfaces. - Experience with workflow engines, multi-tenant applications, authorization, FastAPI, or agent tooling is helpful.
