Product Engineer (Full-Stack)

ABOUT THE ROLE This is a full-stack product engineering role at an early-stage enterprise AI platform, working closely with product and design leadership to ship AI-powered features end-to-end. You will own capabilities from technical design through to user-facing delivery, playing a meaningful part in shaping how organizations adopt AI at scale. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Build end-to-end product features spanning the frontend (Next.js), backend (Node.js), and database layers. - Implement user interfaces including full screens, reusable components, and complete user flows. - Collaborate with the design team and customers to gather feedback and iterate on features. - Maintain and optimize the codebase for performance and user experience. - Participate in rotating Support Engineer shifts, helping customers and the customer support team directly. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - 2 or more years of hands-on software engineering experience, with recent and sustained full-time product engineering work. - Strong proficiency in TypeScript, Next.js, and Node.js across both frontend and backend. - Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, Prisma, tRPC, and Tailwind CSS. - Demonstrated enthusiasm for AI technologies and experience building AI-powered product features. - Proven track record delivering full-stack features end-to-end from concept through production deployment. - Experience collaborating with product leadership, design, and customers to shape product direction. - Strong CS fundamentals, supported by a degree in Computer Science or an equivalent technical field. - Professional German proficiency (exceptional profiles without it may be considered). - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment with an intensive working style. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Salary range: 66,000 to 120,000 EUR annually. Visa sponsorship is available. LOCATION On-site in Berlin, Germany. This role requires working in person full-time.
