ABOUT THE ROLE You will join a fast growing data infrastructure team to build core platform capabilities and customer facing products. This role involves ownership from architecture to production, with a focus on AI driven data systems and scalable backend, data, and frontend work in collaboration with founders and customers. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Build and ship customer facing products and core platform capabilities across backend, data, infrastructure, and front end surfaces. - Design and operate high volume data pipelines and services with strong reliability and observability. - Develop AI agents, agent harnesses, and developer tools and operate them at large scale. - Make architecture decisions, tradeoffs, and iterate as assumptions evolve. - Collaborate directly with founders and customers to translate vague requests into concrete software. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - 1-6 years of professional software engineering experience in relevant domains. - Strong backend coding skills with APIs, data models, and distributed systems experience. - Experience building and operating high volume data pipelines and working in a talent dense early stage startup environment. - Strong CS fundamentals and a degree from a top program or equivalent. - Experience with AI native development including LLMs, agent frameworks, and AI agents or identity/matching systems is a plus. - Proficiency with Python, distributed systems, data pipelines, APIs, and cloud infrastructure. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Salary: $200,000 - $280,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship: not offered. The posting does not specify additional equity or benefits.
