Establish scalable account assignments, customer coverage, prioritization, capacity planning, and resource-allocation practices for strategic Public Sector accounts. What We Look For: 7+ years of customer-facing experience in technical delivery, architecture, consulting, customer success, professional services, or post-sales leadership roles. 5+ years of people-leadership experience, proven ability to recruit, coach, develop, and build career paths for high-performing technical talent, including success leading managers and scaling multi-level technical organizations. Experience building and leading post-sales, delivery, customer success, architecture, consulting, or professional-services organizations. Deep expertise in cloud data and AI technologies, including data engineering, data warehousing, analytics, ETL/ELT, data governance, machine learning, data science, and AI.
