Location: Costa Rica. Mode: Remote. We at Coforge are hiring Senior Full Stack AI Engineer (Solution Architecture) (#006fu00000aq9YlAAI-1) with the following skill set. Key Responsibilities Design and implement performant, resilient, and scalable cloud-native SaaS applications using microservice architectures, owning technical decisions across application, data, infrastructure, and deployment layers. Build autonomous AI agents using LangGraph and advanced Graph-RAG pipelines, integrating engineering tools, simulators, databases, knowledge graphs, and other enterprise knowledge sources. Develop high-performance, low-latency Python services using FastAPI and architect cloud infrastructure on Azure and/or AWS using Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and Ansible. Partner with engineering, product, sales, customer, and domain teams to guide architectural decisions, document solution architectures, and rapidly deliver reliable solutions while maintaining code quality and engineering standards. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related STEM field. Strong experience designing and implementing scalable, resilient, production-grade applications using microservice architecture. Strong experience with AI/ML and agentic frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar technologies. Experience building autonomous agents, RAG solutions, and AI systems with safeguards for accuracy, traceability, and reliability. Strong experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code and GitHub Copilot, including harness engineering principles. Proven experience with specification-driven development (SDD) methodologies. Experience with Azure and/or AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and Ansible. Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, including technologies such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB. Strong proficiency in one or more of the following technologies: Node.js, Python, or React. Advanced English communication skills with the ability to influence technical and cross-functional stakeholders. Preferred Skills: Hands-on UI development experience with React. Experience developing high-performance APIs using Python and FastAPI. Prior software development experience within the Oil & Gas industry. AI-related
