Location: United States — Remote Compensation: $200,000–$350,000 USD Start Date: ASAP Languages: Fluent English required Type: Full-time ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY Pragmatike is recruiting on behalf of a rapidly scaling technology company building sophisticated infrastructure and software systems. We are seeking a Member of Technical Staff with experience in YC or Venture backed start ups to lead high-impact technical initiatives and solve complex engineering problems spanning multiple systems and teams. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Lead architecture and implementation of critical platform capabilities. - Own complex technical initiatives from conception through production. - Design scalable distributed systems and services. - Identify and resolve architectural, reliability, and performance bottlenecks. - Establish engineering patterns and technical standards. - Collaborate across Product, Engineering, and Infrastructure teams. - Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership. - Influence long-term platform architecture and technology decisions. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - 7+ years of software engineering experience. - Strong expertise in distributed systems and system architecture. - Deep proficiency in at least one major programming language. - Experience operating systems at meaningful scale. - Strong technical leadership and communication skills. - Ability to influence across teams without direct authority. NICE TO HAVE - AI/ML infrastructure. - Kubernetes, cloud, GPUs, or distributed compute. - Experience at a fast-growing technology company. - Experience designing highly available platforms. WHY JOIN?
