Location: United States — Remote Compensation: $200,000–$350,000 USD Start Date: ASAP Languages: Fluent English required Type: Full-time ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY Pragmatike is recruiting on behalf of a rapidly scaling technology company building sophisticated infrastructure and software systems. We are seeking a Senior Member of Technical Staff to build core systems, solve challenging engineering problems, and contribute directly to the evolution of the company's technology platform. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Design, build, and operate production software systems. - Own significant technical projects from architecture through deployment. - Develop scalable services, APIs, infrastructure, and internal tooling. - Solve complex performance, reliability, and scalability challenges. - Collaborate with Product and Engineering on technical requirements. - Participate in architectural decisions and technical design reviews. - Improve engineering quality, observability, and operational practices. - Mentor engineers and contribute to engineering standards. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - 5+ years of software engineering experience. - Strong programming skills in Python, Go, TypeScript, Rust, Java, or similar. - Strong system design and distributed systems fundamentals. - Experience operating production systems. - Strong ownership and problem-solving ability. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. NICE TO HAVE - AI/ML infrastructure. - Kubernetes and cloud platforms. - High-scale distributed systems. - Startup or scale-up experience. - GPU or data-intensive systems. WHY JOIN?
