Everpure (NYSE: P) has evolved from storage pioneer to data platform, closing fiscal 2026 with $3.7 billion in revenue, its first billion-dollar quarter, and accelerating growth into FY27. Our strategic agenda spans the companies defining the next era of technology - hyperscalers, AI labs, the AI hardware supply chain, data platform providers, and the broader AI ecosystem. This type of work—work that changes the world—is what the tech industry was founded on. So, if you're ready to seize the endless opportunities and leave your mark, come join us. THE ROLE The OEM Solution Architect is the technical counterpart to the OEM Growth Product Manager, responsible for the technical architecture, integration, certification, and lifecycle management of Everpure’s most strategic OEM relationships, including but not limited to Telco, Healthcare, and AI Infrastructure . This role owns the end-to-end technical solution lifecycle between the OEM, relevant third-party technology alliances, and Everpure — ensuring joint offerings are architecturally sound, interoperable, and built to scale. Reporting into the Everpure Solutions Engineering organization , this role partners closely with the OEM Growth Product Manager in the Enterprise Line of Business — who owns the programmatic, commercial, and operational dimensions of these relationships — to translate partner and end-customer requirements into validated architectures, drive certification and interoperability, and ensure technical roadmap alignment across Engineering, Product, and Alliances. WHAT YOU'LL DO Own OEM solution architecture: Serve as the primary technical owner and liaison between OEM partners, third-party alliance partners, and Everpure. Manage the end-to-end solution lifecycle: Own documented reference architectures that integrate Everpure storage with the full-stack components required by each OEM solution. Lead certification and interoperability: Drive technical certification and interoperability testing with OEM and third-party partner engineering teams, in partnership with Everpure Engineering and CX, to establish and maintain approved solution status. Drive technical alliance relationships: Establish joint technical roadmaps, recurring architecture reviews, technical governance, and escalation paths with OEM and third-party alliance engineering counterparts. Translate requirements into technical direction: Convert OEM partner and end-customer technical requirements into architecture specifications and engineering backlogs, driving alignment across Product Management, Engineering, and Alliances. Act as the technical escalation point: Diagnose and help resolve complex integration issues across OEM, third-party alliance, and Everpure technology stacks. Develop technical enablement materials: Build and maintain reference designs, solution briefs, and technical documentation that enable Sales, Alliances, and OEM partner teams to confidently position joint solutions. Shape future OEM opportunities: Partner with the OEM Growth Product Manager and Alliances leadership to assess the technical feasibility of new embedded and OEM opportunities and help define the technical strategy for future growth. Represent Everpure with strategic partners: Participate in technical alliance forums, joint architecture reviews, and OEM partner technical advisory sessions. We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Prague, Czech Republic office in compliance with Everpure's policies, unless you are on PTO, work travel, or other approved leave. WHAT YOU BRING 7+ years of relevant experience: Background in solution architecture, technical alliance management, or systems engineering, ideally within technology, telecommunications, or healthcare technology, with a track record of managing technical relationships with customers, OEMs, or strategic technology partners. Strong infrastructure architecture expertise: Deep technical knowledge of full-stack infrastructure architectures and platforms, with proficiency in AI infrastructure and data management preferred. Virtualization and container platform expertise: Experience with Red Hat OpenShift and other virtualization or container platforms, such as VMware vSphere, Nutanix AHV, KVM, or Kubernetes, with the ability to design and validate storage integration architectures. Technical alliance management experience: Proven ability to manage technical alliance relationships programmatically, including joint roadmaps, certification programs, technical governance, and recurring engagement with OEM or technology partners. Strong cross-functional leadership: Experience working in highly matrixed organizations and aligning Engineering, Product, Alliances, Sales, and OEM partner technical teams around a shared architecture and execution plan. End-to-end solution lifecycle understanding: Demonstrated ability to manage a solution lifecycle spanning OEM partners, third-party technology alliances, and internal Product and Engineering organizations. Experience with strategic partners or OEMs: Direct experience working with large strategic partners or OEMs; prior exposure to Nokia, Cisco, or Siemens Healthineers is a plus. Ability to operate in ambiguity: Comfortable driving technical alignment without direct authority and translating complex integration requirements into clear architecture decisions. Excellent communication skills: Able to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both engineering and executive audiences. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; relevant certifications, such as Red Hat Certified Architect or VMware VCAP, are a plus. #LI-ONSITE WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM US: Innovation : We celebrate those who think critically, like a challenge, and aspire to be trailblazers. Growth : We give you the space and support to grow along with us and to contribute to something meaningful. We have been named Fortune's Best Workplace
