About the Role We are seeking an experienced Director of Software Engineering to lead our Bangalore-based security engineering team within the Trust and Infrastructure organization. You will drive the design, development, and operation of large-scale distributed security systems that protect Salesforce's Commercial and Government Cloud environments. As a thought leader in security engineering, you will build a high-performance team of ~10 engineers, define technical strategy, manage stakeholder relationships across the company, and drive cross-company security and engineering initiatives. This position requires overlapping work hours with US-based teams 2-3 times per week. About the Team Our organization is responsible for security controls across Salesforce's Commercial and Government Cloud environments.
