Overview The Tableau Success Architect provides strategic technical guidance to our most important Tableau customers, helping them maximize value from their Tableau and Salesforce investments. This role combines deep Tableau/BI expertise with strong communication skills to translate customer business needs into effective technical solutions and architecture recommendations. Responsibilities Serve as a trusted technical advisor for strategic customers, providing architectural guidance and best practice recommendations for Tableau deployments. Analyze customer requirements and business objectives, and translate them into clear, actionable technical recommendations and solution designs. Conduct architecture reviews and provide optimization recommendations across data sources, dashboards, governance, and performance. Support post-sales activities, resolving complex software issues, and ensuring smooth product configuration and optimization. Work closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, SE, Technical Support, Product) to deliver consistent and valuable customer experiences. Build and present customized solutions and live product demonstrations to showcase how Salesforce and Tableau can accelerate business strategies. (Nice-to-have) Manage multiple concurrent customer engagements, coordinating timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables. Qualifications Required B.S. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or equivalent relevant experience. 10+ years of experience in Technical Account Management, Solution Engineering, Technical Support, or a related field. Strong ability to analyze and structure customer requirements into clear technical recommendations and solution designs. Solid knowledge of relational databases, enterprise BI, and web technologies. Experience troubleshooting mission-critical software applications. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Korean. Preferred Project Management experience — able to plan, coordinate, and drive multi-stakeholder engagements to completion. Salesforce and/or Tableau certifications. Proficiency in business intelligence tools like Tableau and/or building analytics data pipelines.
