Engineering at StackAdapt: As an Engineer at StackAdapt, you will be directly involved in the development of our advertising platform, producing production level code that will have a direct impact on the success of our product. We're seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to help lead our growing full-stack engineering team. The digital advertising industry is riddled with interesting challenges as we continue to scale out our platform with a fast-growing list of customers. There are the teams that are currently hiring: Billing: The Billing team builds the infrastructure that powers customer billing, invoicing, tax integrations, payment workflows, and cost data across StackAdapt. Candidates will work on complex billing systems, payment gateway integrations, invoicing modernization, direct mail and email billing, and financial workflow automation. Ivy: The Ivy team is building AI-powered experiences that help customers navigate and optimize complex advertising workflows more intuitively. Candidates will work at the intersection of applied AI, user experience, and large-scale advertising technology platforms. Insights: The Insights team is focused on building platform features that help users analyze their data and surface actionable ideas to improve their campaigns performance. Orchestration: The Orchestration Flows team builds automated customer journey workflows that connect programmatic advertising, email, and direct mail actions. Candidates will work on triggers, journey mapping, split testing, cadence logic, pre-built templates, and multi-channel automation flows. Creatives Library: The Creatives Team at StackAdapt is on a mission to build a one-stop-shop solution for advertisers' creative production and management needs. We're developing a comprehensive in-house tool that enables clients to create, enhance, preview, store, and manage CTV, video, audio, and DOOH ads at scale—whether using ready-made templates or building from scratch. By delivering a robust, full-featured in-house solution, we aim to reduce reliance on costly third-party creative providers and empower advertisers to move faster and more efficiently. Developer Experience: The Developer Experience team improves how engineers across StackAdapt build, test, and ship software at scale. Candidates will work on engineering productivity, CI/CD systems, developer tooling, and platform foundations that improve reliability and accelerate delivery across the organization. Audiences & Pixels: Any digital marketing or programmatic advertising campaign starts with identifying the right audience to increase awareness and reach. Audiences & Pixels is a team of high-caliber fullstack engineers whose mission is to enable marketers achieve their goal by building simple yet powerful workflows to enrich the audience and their conversion journey data to power downstream activities in the programmatic lifecycle. The team and their projects will have high impact and high visibility across the company! Developer Ecosystems: This team at StackAdapt focuses on building and supporting a thriving community of developers who integrate with, extend, and build upon our platform. We achieve this by providing essential tools, comprehensive documentation, and robust APIs, all designed to empower external developers and ensure their success. Our work also involves developing the necessary infrastructure to support our product offerings. We work closely with numerous internal teams to create solutions that benefit our users across various platforms, including our web platform, partner sites, applications, and AI assistants. Additionally, we actively engage with external partner developers, offering guidance and assistance to help them understand and resolve their challenges. What You'll Be Doing: Plays a key role in consistently advising the team on pragmatic technical approaches to problems that encourage engineering excellence and developer happiness Can structure coherent and iterative actionable plans toward delivering effective solutions across the planning surface Plans ahead by strategically architecting scalable web APIs, component libraries and backend systems that serve the team roadmap goals Collaborate with stakeholders from Data Science, Product & Design and other senior engineers across the organization to identify and solve technical challenges that drive impact across teams Advise teams on technical debt consolidation in ways that efficiently service our business needs Mentor the team and lead by example to uphold software development best practices in addition to conducting rigorous code and tech spec reviews Identify bottle-necks and general system-wide performance issues and offer actionable solutions to address them Be a significant individual contributor and a key asset in delivering critical projects that ultimately bring value to our customers What You'll Bring to the Table: 6+ years of experience building highly performant web
