MEMBER OF TECHNICAL STAFF, IOS Whop · Palo Alto, CA · Full-time, in-person ABOUT WHOP Whop is the platform where the internet makes money. Creators, communities, and internet businesses use Whop to sell access to software, courses, communities, and digital products — and we process hundreds of millions of dollars in transactions every month. We went from $100M to $350M+ in annualized transaction volume with a team of ~100 people, roughly 75% of whom are ex-founders. We're a unicorn that still operates like a startup: small team, enormous surface area, zero bureaucracy. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Own things end-to-end. You'll take ideas from a blank doc to production: scope it, design it, build it, ship it, and watch the metrics move - Ship native iOS. Own a big surface of the mobile product in Swift, and match the pace we already ship on web WHO THRIVES HERE - Ex-founders and zero-to-one builders. - iOS product builders. genuinely excellent at native iOS: Swift, UIKit/SwiftUI, - People who ship. we care far more about what you've built than where you've worked - High-agency operators. You don't wait for permission. You find the highest-leverage problem, decide it's yours, and attack it. WHAT WE LOOK FOR (SIGNALS, NOT REQUIREMENTS) - 2+ years of experience shipping production iOS, Swift-native - A track record of end-to-end ownership: projects you conceived, built, and shipped yourself - Fluency in Swift (SwiftUI). We also use TypeScript, React, and Ruby on Rails - Experience with high-scale consumer apps is a plus, not a filter - Based in (or willing to relocate to) Palo Alto — we build in person COMPENSATION Competitive salary + meaningful equity.
