This is a super visible and highly ambitious AI project The team is at the forefront of applied AI at Wise. We already automate 40% of customer support chats with LLMs, and we're pushing further: voice automation, agentic AI and becoming the conversational operating system at Wise. Part product, part R&D, always production-grade at scale. This role is a rare opportunity: Production AI at scale: Not a PoC, not an experiment. Real LLM systems serving millions of customers, with real stakes. R&D with impact. You'll read papers, prototype new approaches, and ship them to production. The team is pushing the frontier of what's possible with AI in fintech. In Budapest.
