You will be: acting as the senior technical authority for the Salesforce AMS perimeter, ensuring architectural integrity, technical quality and alignment with client and enterprise standards, leading L3 escalations, root-cause analysis and Problem Management activities, taking ownership of complex technical issues across the Salesforce ecosystem, owning the end-to-end technical solution design for Salesforce initiatives, including target architecture, technical analysis, solution design and architectural documentation, defining and governing integration patterns across Salesforce, banking systems, customer data services, APIs and middleware, ensuring scalable and maintainable solutions, representing us in Design Authority discussions and providing architectural oversight for AMS-originated changes and structural improvements, ensuring compliance with architecture standards and reference architecture, challenging proposed solutions where required and driving architectural consistency, owning the technical-debt baseline and remediation roadmap, identifying structural risks and driving continuous improvement across the platform, governing technical quality throughout the delivery lifecycle, including architecture reviews, code reviews, release readiness and the maintenance of key technical documentation. Your profile: Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect level, practical experience using AI-powered assistants (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot Chat, or similar) to improve productivity, quality, or decision-making in analysis and software delivery, strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, execution limits and scalability considerations, deep expertise in Apex, Flow and LWC/Aura, strong understanding of API-led integration patterns, strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, execution limits and scalability considerations, strong understanding of the Salesforce security model, experience designing and documenting target architectures, solution designs and technical analyses, experience with L3 support, root-cause analysis, Problem Management and technical-debt remediation, understanding of modern integration architectures, including APIs, middleware, microservices and cloud-based services, experience working across complex enterprise ecosystems and multiple integrated platforms, strong ownership mindset and ability to act as a trusted technical authority, Italian and English language proficiency at B2 level or higher, availability to work from our Milan office 2–3 days per month, including on-site workshops, planning sessions and other business-critical activities. .
