ABOUT CLUSTER https://www.getcluster.ai/ Cluster’s mission is to become the infrastructure layer between agents and markets. Since launching a few months ago, we’re already helping 50+ high growth startups (among them other a16z speedrun and YC startups) find and reach their best fit customers. We are backed by a16z speedrun and are looking for people to build at the intersection of GTM and AI. ABOUT THE ROLE You will work directly with the founders (Enrique https://www.linkedin.com/in/enrique-goudet/, Luis https://www.linkedin.com/in/luis-costa-laveron/?lipi=urn%3Ali%3Apage%3Ad_flagship3_profile_view_base%3BaHcJ3FWJSFuGaXqEexmRCg%3D%3D) in person in our Union Square https://maps.app.goo.gl/eAMqeaCT5yEZ9TQt7 office in NYC. You’ll join customer meetings, define product requirements, build and launch features and demo to customers, take their feedback to ruthlessly improve the product. WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON - Build the core product, from APIs, to tasteful interfaces for humans and agents. Be independent and own major features through development and deployment. - Deploy production ready AI features that directly impact real customer GTM workflows - Work directly with the founders in a highly collaborative environment - Take the latest and greatest from X and bring it into the product - Compound the company's engineering velocity by setting up AI-native engineering workflows and processes WE’RE LOOKING FOR - A cracked dev with 3+ years of experience who wants real ownership of the product & roadmap - Python and typescript experience strongly preferred - Solid data modeling fundamentals - You prefer shipping fast over perfection - You whisper to coding agents all day long but use them with judgement - You have a growth mindset and can learn fast from feedback - Bonus if you’ve ever run an outbound campaign COMPENSATION & EQUITY Early-stage compensation: a meaningful equity stake plus salary.
