Job Title: Java Backend Developer Location: Vadodara / Pune (Hybrid - 2 days a week from office) Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance backend applications using Java and Spring Boot . Design and build robust Microservices and REST APIs for enterprise-grade applications. Take ownership of features from technical design and development through testing, deployment, and production support. Build secure, resilient, maintainable, and high-performing backend services. Collaborate closely with Product, Architecture, Mobile, QA, DevOps, and other engineering teams . Participate in technical design discussions, code reviews, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis. Contribute to coding standards, engineering best practices, and continuous improvement. Required Skills & Experience 5+ years of strong hands-on experience in Java backend development . Strong expertise in Spring Boot and Microservices Architecture . Solid experience designing and developing REST APIs and backend services.
