Meet the Team The Silicon Manufacturing AI Solutions Architect leads the identification, development, and deployment of AI-powered solutions that improve performance across manufacturing and supply chain operations. This role combines expertise in AI, machine learning, advanced analytics, and software development with deep knowledge of manufacturing and supply chain processes. The successful candidate will partner with leaders across Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, Test Operations, Engineering, Finance, and IT to solve sophisticated business challenges through AI-enabled applications, predictive models, optimization engines, agents, copilots, and advanced decision-support tools. This individual will serve as the AI domain expert, helping shape the AI roadmap, developing scalable solutions, and coaching teams on practical applications of emerging technologies. Your Impact AI Strategy & Solution Development Identify and prioritize high-value AI opportunities across Manufacturing Operations. Identify areas of improvement, solution roadmaps, and implementation plans. Design, build, test, deploy, and support machine learning, optimization, advanced analytics, and generative AI solutions. Develop AI agents, copilots, workflow automation tools, digital twins, and decision-support applications. Establish reusable frameworks, development standards, and protocol for AI solution delivery. Manufacturing & Supply Chain Applications Develop AI-enabled solutions that improve planning, decision-making, and operational performance across the end-to-end manufacturing ecosystem. Key focus areas include planning, master production scheduling, cost management, inventory optimization, manufacturing, and test operations. Leverage predictive analytics, optimization, simulation, and Gen-AI technologies to drive productivity, improve responsiveness, reduce cost, and support faster, more informed business decisions. Technical Leadership Coach and mentor team members on AI technologies and analytical techniques. Provide technical guidance on architecture, modeling, and implementation approaches. Partner across functions to translate business challenges into scalable technology solutions. Stay ahead of emerging AI technologies and identify practical applications within Manufacturing Operations. Minimum Qualifications: 10+ years of proven experience in AI, machine learning, AI powered full-stack E2E application development, advanced analytics, manufacturing operations, or supply chain Success with designing and deploying AI, machine learning, optimization, or analytics solutions Strong programming skills and modern AI/ML frameworks Experience developing production-grade applications and data-driven solutions Expertise in supply chain and manufacturing including planning, procurement, production operations, inventory management, or test operations Preferred Qualifications Experience in semiconductor manufacturing or high-tech supply chain environments Experience with AI platforms like GCP, Azure AI, Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, Power Platform, and Power BI Experience developing AI agents, copilots RAG solutions, and LLM-based applications Experience with forecasting, optimization, simulation, and operations research methodologies Knowledge of ERP, MES, APS, PLM, and manufacturing data systems SiOps Why Cisco? Individual pay is determined by the candidate's hiring location, market conditions, job-related skillset, experience, qualifications, education, certifications, and/or training.
