Your Impact Mentor and grow software engineers and technical leaders to foster a high-performance culture and ensure long-term professional development. Deliver continuous performance feedback and conduct rigorous reviews to ensure individual contributions align with our global technical strategy and quality standards. Structure and track complex engineering projects to ensure team accountability and timely delivery of integrated platform solutions. Preserve and promote a healthy, high-scaling engineering culture by modeling Cisco’s core values in every interaction. Manage and coordinate US-based team members while collaborating closely with global management to ensure seamless integration across all development lifecycles. Minimum Qualifications Bachelors + 12 years of related experience, or Masters + 8 years of related experience, or PhD + 5 years of related experience, or equivalent related work experience Experience d evelop ing production-grade front-end applications utilizing JavaScript/TypeScript with React, Angular, or similar frameworks. Experience d eploy ing software solutions onto public cloud platforms, utilizin g both direct implementations and cloud marketplaces. Experience in networking, network security, and cloud engineering. 2+ years of experience leading and mentoring full-stack developers. Preferred Qualifications Facilitate direct interactions with customers to capture feedback and solve business challenges. Individual pay is determined by the candidate's hiring location, market conditions, job-related skillset, experience, qualifications, education, certifications, and/or training.
