ABOUT THE ROLE This is an early-stage, end-to-end engineering role focused on building production AI agents that automate complex, repetitive workflows for enterprise customers. You'll sit at the intersection of applied AI and product, working directly with customers to identify automation opportunities and shipping agents that deliver measurable time savings in the real world. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Design and build AI agents that autonomously perform observed, repeatable work tasks. - Partner closely with customers to understand their operations and surface high-value automation opportunities. - Ship automations that eliminate hours of manual effort and measurably improve team efficiency. - Own production AI agents across the full lifecycle: build, deploy, monitor, and iterate. - Run experiments with new models and techniques, benchmark results, and ship what works. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - 5+ years of experience in ML/AI product development, with a track record of delivering production-grade AI agents. - Proven experience shipping LLM-based systems in production — this is a dealbreaker requirement. - Strong Python programming skills and hands-on experience with the end-to-end AI agent lifecycle. - Experience turning observed or documented workflows into deployable AI automations. - Comfortable engaging directly with customers to gather requirements and iterate on solutions. - Product-minded approach to designing human–AI interfaces and practical automation systems. - Experience with AI observability and monitoring (metrics, dashboards, alerts) is a plus. - Background in enterprise AI, business process automation, or adjacent B2B SaaS sectors is a strong signal. - Thrives in early-stage environments with high ownership and fast iteration cycles. LOCATION On-site in Munich, Bavaria, Germany. Relocation to Munich is required; visa sponsorship is not available.
