Drive engineering strategy, execution excellence, and scalable product delivery. Partner closely with Product, Design, Data, Security, and business stakeholders. Guide architectural decisions across distributed systems, APIs, microservices, and cloud-native platforms. Establish engineering best practices for quality, reliability, observability, and security. Improve delivery predictability, engineering productivity, and operational performance. Oversee roadmap execution, risk management, and cross-functional programme delivery. Drive automation across infrastructure, CI/CD, testing, and platform operations. Build and develop high-performing teams through hiring, coaching, succession planning, and leadership development. Champion customer-centric thinking, ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.
