DevOps Engineer Important Information Location: Singapore Support multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and product teams in onboarding to our internal DevOps platform and curated Azure services Drive the re-platforming/migration of applications to cloud infrastructure while ensuring adherence to enterprise standards, compliance controls, and secure-by-design principles Drive the migration of CI/CD pipelines from Bitbucket/Jenkins to GitLab, ensuring alignment with platform standards and compliance requirements Collaborate closely with development teams, educating and enabling them on DevOps practices, CI/CD automation, and cloud-native development Contribute to improving the developer experience by creating templates, documentation, and training materials that simplify platform adoption Requirement: Software engineer with profound hands-on experience (5+ years) in application development (Java, .NET, Python, or similar) Practical experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and migrating between toolchains (Bitbucket/Jenkins → GitLab) Strong understanding of DevOps principles , Git workflows, and modern delivery practices Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services and Infrastructure-as-Code Experience with deployment of containerized workloads and orchestration (Nexus , Helm, Docker, Kubernetes) Experience working in air-gapped or restricted enterprise environments, where all external dependencies must be consumed from internal registries Cloud certifications (e.g., Azure DevOps Engineer Expert) are a strong advantage Fluency in English (written/verbal) Excellent communication and coaching skills — able to simplify complex topics and guide teams through change Proactive, pragmatic, and solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities Experience working in agile environments (SAFe or similar) and collaborating across multiple teams About Encora Encora is a global company that offers Software and Digital Engineering solutions.
