ABOUT THE ROLE Join a core engineering team building a voice AI platform for automating conversations. You will work across backend systems and customer-facing interfaces, delivering features that help customers configure and launch voice experiences quickly. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Develop platform features such as prompt orchestration, dashboards, analytics, and telephony integrations. - Build scalable full-stack systems, from polished user interfaces to reliable APIs and deployment workflows. - Own projects from architecture and implementation through production deployment and iteration. - Design intuitive interfaces and APIs that support fast customer onboarding. - Debug customer issues and turn feedback into product improvements. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - At least 5 years of full-stack software development experience, with substantial work across both frontend and backend. - Strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, Node.js, Python, and AWS. - Deep knowledge of distributed systems and experience building scalable backend services. - A background in voice AI, telephony platforms, or related voice technology is preferred. - Strong computer science fundamentals, ideally supported by a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering. - Experience in venture-backed startups or a strong record of growth in a larger technology organization. - A collaborative, proactive approach, with the ability to take ownership and suggest improvements in a fast-paced environment. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Base salary: $215,000 to $290,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship is available. LOCATION Remote within the United States. Primary location: Redwood City, California.
