ABOUT THE ROLE Join the engineering team at a seed-stage AI-powered B2B SaaS company, owning integrations between its platform and customers' enterprise systems. This forward-deployed role combines backend engineering, customer discovery, and hands-on problem solving to connect complex wholesale and supply chain workflows. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Build and own integrations with customer ERPs, warehouse management systems, freight platforms, and EDI providers. - Meet with customers to understand their workflows, gather requirements, and map data across systems. - Design data mappings for systems whose entities and processes do not align one-to-one. - Build event-driven workflows, webhooks, and data pipelines that connect customer tools. - Develop customer-facing integration components using TypeScript and React when needed. - Participate in on-call support for production issues that affect customer operations. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - Six to seven years of professional software engineering experience, with a strong backend focus. - Proficiency in TypeScript and experience with React. - Experience connecting enterprise software using APIs, data mapping, EDI, middleware, ETL, or related integration technologies. - Experience owning end-to-end data integrations across multiple customer systems, including data modeling and mapping. - Background in an early-stage startup or another high-ownership, ambiguous environment. - Based in LATAM, able to work with LATAM time zones, and comfortable collaborating directly with non-technical customers. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Salary range: $7,000 to $10,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship is not available. LOCATION Hybrid, with the primary location listed as Los Angeles, California, United States.
