ABOUT THE ROLE Join an early-stage engineering team building software that helps in-person sales teams improve performance through AI-powered coaching. You will own full-stack, user-facing features and help shape engineering practices as the team grows. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Build and ship high-quality product features quickly, balancing iteration speed with maintainable code. - Design and implement new features from initial concept through deployment. - Work independently on loosely defined projects, using customer empathy and feedback to guide solutions. - Help establish strong standards for code quality and technical decision-making. - Grow your ownership as the engineering team scales and contribute to recruiting efforts. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - One to three years of software engineering experience, ideally building products from the ground up in a fast-paced startup. - Strong computer science fundamentals, gained through a degree or equivalent practical experience. - Experience shipping user-facing, full-stack features with React or React Native, TypeScript, and Python. - Experience deploying on AWS or working with cloud infrastructure as part of product development. - Evidence of entrepreneurial drive, rapid iteration, and high-impact technical work, such as standout projects or contributions. - A customer-focused approach and interest in speaking with users to validate product decisions. - A record of stable employment and the ability to maintain quality while moving quickly. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Base salary is $185,000 to $250,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available. LOCATION On-site in New York City, NY, five days per week.
