Build, mentor, and scale high-performing engineering teams. Establish strong engineering culture, delivery excellence, and quality standards. Drive hiring, performance management, and leadership development. Product & Platform Ownership Partner closely with Product, Design, Operations, and Business teams. Own end-to-end delivery of critical product and platform initiatives. Drive architectural decisions for scalable, secure, cloud-native systems. Champion API-first and platform-first engineering practices. Technical Leadership Act as a player-coach, contributing to architecture, design reviews, and critical development initiatives. Provide technical guidance and unblock complex engineering challenges. Drive engineering excellence through modern software development practices. AI & Innovation Lead adoption of Generative AI and intelligent automation capabilities. Build AI-powered workflows, recommendation engines, conversational experiences, and operational tools. Implement robust AI governance, observability, and performance standards. Evaluate emerging technologies to drive product differentiation. Scalability & Reliability Scale systems supporting millions of users and growing transaction volumes. Improve platform performance, resilience, monitoring, security, and compliance. Build highly available and reliable distributed systems.
