We are seeking a Principal Member of Technical Staff to provide technical leadership across the company's most important engineering challenges. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Define architecture for complex, high-impact systems. - Lead company-critical engineering initiatives. - Solve novel scalability, reliability, and performance problems. - Establish technical direction across multiple engineering teams. - Influence technology strategy and long-term architecture. - Mentor senior and staff-level engineers. - Drive technical alignment across Product and Engineering. - Turn emerging technical challenges into durable platform capabilities. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - 8+ years of engineering experience. - Exceptional system design and architecture skills. - Deep expertise in distributed systems or infrastructure. - Track record of solving complex technical problems at scale. - Strong technical leadership and communication. - Ability to influence senior stakeholders across the organization.
